- If you need to change or cancel an order after it has been submitted, send us an email, and we will amend it.
[2] Can I change my order after it has been made?
- After your item has been tailor-made to your feet, it cannot be changed or canceled, but can be altered to accommodate the customer. An additional fee may apply.
[3] Can I place an order by email?
- At this time, orders cannot be placed via email.
[4] Will I receive a receipt with my order?
- Yes, each order will generate an invoice.
[5] Is the color seen on the website the actual color of sandals?
- Yes, each color is accurately depicted.
